Their products are wonderful and the vendor customer service is second to none. Great company that I will continue to do business with in the future.
I wish I could give this company zero stars. This has to be the worst vendor we have ever dealt with. Their product, based on the results provided, are completely worthless. We used their grub and insect control product on almost 20 million square feet of turf this year and it has been an abject failure. The company president and their supplier have promised us, on many occasions, to reimburse us for our dylox - close to $8k this year - and their check still has not shown up, month after the business owner promised it.
