The owner of this firm lacks business ethics and uses deceitful practices to make money. He assured me that I would receive a tax refund but refused to send me the tax return documents for review until I paid $150 ($100 for consultation and $50 for filing). After I sent the money, he emailed me the documents, only to find out that I owe money to the IRS.
