I had an amazing experience at iCryo! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. The space was spotless, had a great atmosphere, and you could really tell they care about creating a comfortable, professional environment. This place would be better if they hired friendlier and more knowledgeable workers. They don’t explain anything and they have a fake smile. This place was way better a year ago.
I was in on the 9th of May to have services done with Tammy Vigil and before I even get started let me just start by saying the entire staff is amazing!! The facility is extremely clean and inviting. My service started with a tummy sculpting and I was a little nervous but Tammy puts you at ease. She very knowledgeable and such an amazing individual. Her demeanor is so kind and genuine.
