Made a mistake purchase as partner bought the same thing elsewhere for cheaper, strictly no returns policy even though I came back 5 minutes later. Tried exchanging my product for an SD card at an extortionate price. Wasn’t made aware of no returns policy when buying so feel like I’ve been fleeced. Products all come from china anyway, cheaper stuff on eBay

The team have rescued me from a couple of phone disasters recently and have been incredibly helpful repairing both in store and arranging for it to be repaired and posted back safely to me too. Really recommend this store, a very kind and skilled team.
