This starts out as a mixed review. I took it to I Crack in Bath to see if they could help sort the problems with a delaminated new screen which was only a month and a half old having been to I Crack in Litchfield and received really poor service Service ultimately resulting in a damaged iPad Pro. Bought a charger from them, unfortunately doesn’t work at all. Tried to get a refund or a replacement and the staff just laughed at me. I left without a proper charger and no refund for the faulty item provided. They use ChatGPT to reply to their reviews as well, since they clearly aren’t competent enough in coming up with their own replies.
