I had a very poor experience with iCovers Cookstown/Dungannon. My phone was with them for over a month, and despite being told multiple times that it was fixed, it never was. The back of my phone was left in cracked (which was repaired) and the microphone was water damaged and is yet to be repaired. The service was extremely unorganised — I could never get speaking directly with a manager or owner, only through passed-on messages. Great service, keenly priced, very friendly and knowledgeable
What a gentleman 😁🙌 My phone was unworkable. He fixed it instantly and insisted that he didn't want any money. I gave him £10 anyway, as it meant so much to me to walk out with my phone functional 😁 Highly recommend, thank you 😁
