Had a great relationship with Con until…..today. He has done quite a few tapestry cushions for me. I took one in today and clearly I caught him on a bad day. He said it would take two months rather than two weeks as previously done. The price went from $60 to $120. I wish he had just declined the job rather than be so lacking in customer service skills.

We took all the cushions ins from our sofa. Con did a great job to revitalise them with better foam and filling. Sitting on the sofa is now a brand new and enjoyable experience. Quick and cheerful service. Very fair pricing. Overall we are very happy indeed

I took a sofa piece to Con for new stuffing. After about 8 months of minimal usage the stuffing looks like it needs relplacing. Just to get the stuffing done I had to wait 2 weeks and pay $130. I would not recommend his service.
