I was there to take my grad photos, and really early as well. I'm glad they are open that early, but we should've arranged a later time so that I didn't look like a person who smokes weed overall, I liked the experience.
School photos were September 28th, still haven’t received proofs. What a joke of a company !
It should take 5 weeks to receive a digital copy of a photo nevermind 4 hours to get anywhere with customer support, I would not intentionally deal with this company again.
This company needs to shut down. We got photos for school and they were so bad. The retakes were even worse. The photographer obviously doesn’t even look at the camera to see the kids shirts bunched up or the goofy smiles. Get new photographers who actually have pride in their job seriously.
