Just barely received 5498-ESA from them.. one month after taxes are due?
Worst bank i've ever been to i would trust a bum with my money before i ever put a cent into this place again. Unless you have nothing but time to wait and do things over and over again cause they can't seem to do anything right. I had them a total of 14 days and was nothing but hell trying to get my account setup right and wasn't able to. They left my family in a bad position cause of it, so they get 1 star cause that's the lowest it will let you go!!
The bank is alright if you can access your money, but they have no ATM's, impossible to make deposits on the weekends or anything because they are closed, not enough branches, and their Google app won't work on my droid and they have no solutions. then they state their "Overdraft FEES are "COURTESY FEES" to make you feel better they are hosing you out of $29 on a transaction
