Customer service was awful. You are expected to wash and vacuum the car. (A service that should be provided by the company.) Use the a.c too long in the Chrysler and smells like plastic burning. All lights on dashboard showing! Make this your last resort even between a rock and a hard place. Rent a Uber scooter 🛴 first! Im definitely convinced the positive feedback FAKE.
I do not recommend this place , the weekly rate went from 400 to 800 once I got their in person the owner told me that I had to get my own insurance for the vehicle because there vehicles do not come with insurance witch was 25.00 daily .
LEMONS
They rent out the oldest cars for a high price. Why would I pay almost $200 a day for a 2009 anything then the cars say check engine soon as you get in them and not only that soon as you drive off there’s no gas in the car. They tell you not to spray any perfumes in there but the cars smell really bad. This is not a good car rental place you’re better off going thru Turo
A very interesting experience , good customer relations, clean cars and highly affordable too , quick responses to requests made even when is not convenient, these guys are willing to go the extra step to satisfying you! Great folks over there!!
