Back again, 5 purchases over the last two years from Moore Park Supa Centre store. Yesterday bought solid oak 6 drawer chest via helpful shop asst Harry. Perfect furniture destined to be antique.
After a small hiccup with our original purchase, the team at IconByDesign could not have been more responsive, or more willing to ensure we walk away happy customers. And the products we purchased are fantastic. Couldn't be happier.
I love the products. But the staff were awfully oppressive. As soon as you step into the store they descend on you. Terribly helpful - “Can I help you”, “Is this your first time in the store”, “Would you like some assistance”. If it wasn’t for the fact that the products are so good I would go in again. Please do some in store training on how to better treat potential customers, or don’t drive them so hard with commissions!

Went to Moore Park IconByDesign store in Sydney to check out products prior to ordering online. The customer service was excellent. The staff who was attending to our queries was very attentive, suggested to sit & test the kitchen stool that I was interested in. He also provided excellent information and sample material swatch and block of wood to match the existing existing furniture in the house.
