This is my second disappointing experience with this income tax accountant, and it’s clear there is a consistent lack of respect and proper language manners. Their communication is rude, unprofessional, and often comes across as dismissive. I gave them another chance after my first experience, but nothing has changed. Instead of being helpful and courteous, they speak in a way that feels disrespectful and inappropriate for a professional setting. This business does not even worth one start. This is my honest review.
