Paid $160 to get an oppo screen replaced late Friday night, lady said it would be 30mins, returned an hour later and she spent ages wiping new screen and adding cover, got it home to discover the replacement screen was also broken, went back next morning to show them and they said it was the last screen and they would replace when they had more in stock (as I suspected they already knew when they took so long wiping the screen down) which would take a couple of days. Price was expensive, $140 for a replacement screen and you return my phone not working. Acknowledge fault and don’t cover costs to fix problem. Stay away from these people!
Replaced my screen and screen protector last Saturday, within 7 days there is 3 different areas where the screen protector has chipped. Mid range screen protector. Went in today to talk about and was advised that nothing can be done. Basically implied I’d done something to cause the damage. Poor customer service with defective products being sold. In the process of contacting the ombudsman as this is wrong!!
