My experience with the franchise owner has been quite disappointing. I had requested a cancellation of registration from 1 week camp after giving 3 weeks notice. The owners were very slow to respond to my communication and ultimately cited their policy of no refunds during “payment” period. I had determined the weekly camps were not a good value and after attending one week of camp, I had decided not to continue with another camp 3 weeks later. Oh WOW!! My nephew, who has ADHD and Autism, REALLY enjoys ICODE! The trachers are GREAT!! They are so patient and encouraging!
