I would strongly recommend ICL immigration. They go above and beyond for their clients. My application had been sitting for almost a year before I changed immigration firms and that was the best decision my partner and I ever made. ICL immigration persisted for months to get a response from IRCC and they never gave up. Eventually I got my visa approval. Also I love how they respond promptly to emails regardless of time zones.
