The staff are very friendly and good. However for ear piercing they should hire someone professional. I did piercing almost 9 months ago, but still suffering from pain, some bleedings and bump on the pierce area, I tried many things but still same problem. It looks like she did the piercing in wrong place, otherwise it has to been healed already..
The inside store is clean! We're just coming for body piercing and we didn't buy it but maybe next time!

Would not give a cash refund for an item with receipt purchased with a debt card. Would only offer store credit.
it was fine until i got an earring stuck in my ear after getting it pierced because the stud was so small it decided to pop into my ear and cause me pain for a long while i still need to get it out lol
