The red hair guy “ MANAGER” was the one who assist me on my purchase . He was TERRIBLE!! He did not give me the discount of buy 3 get 3 free, he ended up charging me for all 6 items $60+ when I went back to complain he said I got the offer WRONG and it was buy 6 get 3 free when I asked for my free items he said he couldn’t because my purchase was already closed !! HORRIBLE customer service from the “manager” (red hair man). They lie about their promotions and they don’t accept returns! If I was the owner of that store, I would find someone that really knows how to work with people and not this joke of “manager” that knows nothing about customer service. Never coming here again and will tell everyone I know about this deplorable experience.
Worst customer service. Man with red hair, if your life is miserable leave it at home. Brings the atmosphere down
They promote pick up in 2 hours if you order online but it was more like 30 hours. I was told to wait for an email when my order was ready. I ordered on Monday morning. I called Tuesday at 6:30 pm asking about my order and she seemed so confused then told me they’d get it ready and I could pick up in a while. What if I hadn’t called? My sister ordered the same day but she didn’t want to call and bother them. She finally had enough on Wednesday and she called and they acted the same way.
