Everyone here was so nice! The people at Claire’s really made my day today. I loved the music and the atmosphere. Shoutout to Grace and Julia because they were so kind and sweet. I really appreciate everyone working here. Grace and Julia have such great energy 😊😊😊😊
Took my son to get his ear pierced. Very rushed experienced. Wouldn’t let us use our own jewelry, forced me to buy the solution even though I have some. The price was $100. Don’t believe the “piercing is free” narrative they push. Added bonus the ipad I was giving to fill out the paperwork was sticky and gross.
My 5 stars are directed towards Grace! She is absolutely amazing. Very educational and patient with my 5yr old. She made my daughter’s piercing experience lovely. Harmony was a great help too.
12/10 highly recommend visiting! We went right before Christmas and the 2 ladies who helped us were absolutely AMAZING! My 4yo daughter wanted her ear pierced (she was born with only one ear). We had a special request- pierce her ear and one of mine.. they did with no hesitation. They were so kind and treated my baby like any other child!
