Not only are they horrible to customers but they employees as well
Got ears pierced. First the back didn’t click on and fell on the floor. Then I was told her nails were too long and I had to get it on myself. After asking for hand sanitizer… No kidding it took me 10 minutes because my ear was swollen. Then I get home and the piercing are both slanted so much that the front of the ear rings are both pointing out sideways. ICING and Claire's are great for cheap jewelry only and be careful because the low quality can end up hurting your skin or piercings. I would not recommend getting your ears pierced here, the associates do not have training or know what they are doing. I got a hole pierced in one ear to line up with a hole on my other earlobe, it was too low anad did not match. I waited for it to close up (so I thought) and went back to have it redone to better align. I explained to the woman what had happened and she said no problem she can... read more
Very disappointed that babies can have their ears pierced. Walking by the store today, unfortunately, I witnessed a baby screaming for ten minutes because her parents had her ears pierced. Please wait until a child has their own choice.
