I had a bad experience buying anklets here. I am allergic and need the hypoallergenic kind. I purchased about 6 anklets as a part of a BOGO and to my surprise the anklets ALL broke me out. There is a chain at the end that I believe is the culprit. One bracelet completely changed from gold to silver, so the finish coat are definitely not a good finish coat. Ty was absolutely amazing with helping my Son get his ear pierced for the 1st time. She was patient and helpful getting the spot for the piercing accurate!! Highly recommend!
I’ve been to Fairlane Mall four times in the last week, Icing was closed every time. Need to hire new management, I called the store a lady answered so why has the store been closed all week? What a waste of business just close the store permanently if you’re that OK with losing customers!!!
The two ladies working there were very polite and nice. I was there to get my 15 year old son's ears pierced. They were patient with him because he was nervous. The only problem I had is that the earring that I pointed to and that she read back to me was not the same thing she pierced his ears with and I didn't realize it until we were in the car and it was too late.
