Laniyah - You truly excel at your job! I'm thrilled with the outcome of my son's ear piercing. Initially, we had a less-than-ideal experience at Icing when the first associate didn't pierce his right ear correctly, resulting in an embedded piercing. Great employees and Ashley was awesome while getting our ears pierced and re-pierced.
Ashley and her team assoc (forgot her name ) was such a joy to work with. My daughter came in for a piercing for the the third time in her life and Ashley made sure she was comfortable during the process. I really do appreciate these ladies as they deserve their 🌹 flowers . Thanks again
