I have been helped by an extraordinarily patient person today. Ms Ashna Shah spent almost 90min with me on phone to sort out the problems I was having with the Money2India program. I don't know if this would have got sorted out if she had not been patient and persistent. Hope the management not only holds on to her but also rewards her for her work.
