I am an existing ICICI Bank customer trying to open an NRE account. I have called ICICI customer service from New York multiple times, but each time I am stuck in the IVR for over 40 minutes with no connection or callback. This is my third attempt, and the issue remains unresolved. Very poor customer service experience in the USA. Praveen
