I called the NY Branch of ICICI to help me with money transfer to India. Ms. Bhumika Kabi was very helpful and walked me through the process very patiently. She helped me set up with Money2India and the transfer process was quite seamless.
Understood the urgency of my request to have my phone number changed and the technical issue we were having with the money2 India website. We had the issue resolved in a timely manner.
