Worst experience . Himanshyu has no basic customer service skills . I am trying to set up my gic account from a week now . No real help . They have one person himanshyu at the bank who will not be there physically. The app doesnt work either . And himanshyu will ghost you instead of helping cause he doesnt know his own bank. Very unreliable
very bad experience at this waterloo branch even no contact info available online and onsite as well. and himanshu was also not in the office at 11:00 am on 7 august. this is really harassing situation when your all money is in icici bank. hoping for improvement in service.
