Had an appointment but was not serviced until 35 min later, and even that didn't get my work done. Took me over an hour to get 2 very simple questions answered, and was even upsold on a very simple bank account opening. Disappointed by the slow, unorganized service. I had really hoped for more seeing that this is a representation of Indian banking overseas and they have a reputation to uphold. Only pro is the facility is clean and spacious.
