This afternoon I and my wife went to the Mississauga branch of ICICI Bank. We were met by Mr Anmoldeep Singh who personally escorted us to his office. I have to commend Mr Anmol for the excellent service provided to us. He was also extremely knowlegable and got our work done efficiently. We are very grateful for all his help and guidance and will certainly be back to visit for further assistance.
I appreciated the delligence of the staff specifically Sukhpreet Kaur to ensure the required activities are completed. Though the process took long time, she kept me informed and sured the account is activated. Thank you! Keep up the good services
I needed to convert my account to nro account and turns out this bank is only for premium accounts. They won't help you open an account if you can't maintain a minimum balance of around $7,000 cad in your overseas account . They have a helpline that doesn't work, . Disappointing international services by ICICI.
I've been trying to contact these guys for past two days for my appointment, no one from the front desk to branch manager is answering my call, and their voice mail is full so I can't even leave any note there. If I call customer care they are like they cant help because they are customer care. Is this bank a joke or what?
