The service in this branch is amazing. Very professional. Specially RUPINDER KAIR has been amazing. She is very efficient.
Poor service. No response even if we try to reach the extension number or the cell number of the person dealing with our request. He doesn’t even seem to be interested in offering any service. I have been banking with ICICI for so many years from the time I was back in India, but my experience with this branch has not been the best. PS: My review is mostly for a specific employee that I had to deal with and not with the whole branch. One employee like this is enough to bring a branch down.
