I’ve had nothing but great experiences with ICICI especially when dealing with their representatives. My representative in particular shoutout to Inderjit Dhaliwal (Manager). She has been incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel like a valued customer, not just another account number.
