great shop like it for its home delivery, always friendly staff and normally get my freezer stuff from here, But apart from the other day I got served by a blonde girl, normally get asked if I would want it to be delivered but was not asked, did mention it to her but got response of "sorry it won't give me that option now I have put it through" which I was quiet surprised had to carry all my shopping to my car and get it home before it defrosted still needed to pick up my prescription from boots so had to do 2 trips to the c... read more

all food came defrosted i ramg n manager was busy been ringing since the day n no one had answers seems liks they are swerving mu calls not helpful
