I’m so glad I found Ice 21! Evelyn and the team helped me noticeably reduce my belly size and shape my waist — through a procedure that so many people told me wouldn’t work. I went for their promo of $79 and do not see even 1% improvement in my face. Even though they advertise face and neck, hardly anything is done to your neck. No real massage on face or neck. Just layers of stuff and bit of red light.
I have appointments today at 9:50 i came 9:30 but no one there then after 20 min one girl comeback with cup of coffee and she said to me ur late i told her I am on time and she said sorry ur appointment is 9:15 but I have emailed confirmation appointment then she said can we booked u for tomorrow.actually she is go out and get a coffee and come back late.there is no one in front dask.to help the customer.really really bad experience not, recommend to any one they just waste my time.
So if you book an appointment on line, to receive approx 6-10 calls to confirm your appointment. Once you confirm your appointment with a live person after you have already rec'd an email confirmation of the appointment you booked. I called for intersection details (which the person on the phone had no idea where they are) only to find out I was called yesterday to reconfirm for a 3rd time I was coming ,, and because I did not listen to my messages my appointment was cancelled for me.
