Good customer service
I was in your branch, North Spokane Newport Hwy, on Sat Sept 6th 2025, with my husband and mother in law. They were going to be new members and wanted to open a cd for $100K. We were informed that there was no person there on Saturdays that could open a new account. Thus, we were taken to an office where we waited 10 minutes for a virtual visit. The branch employee did not stay with us, but said if you need help with anything just come get someone. The first help needed was to figure out how to get a picture of their drivers... read more
