Everyone at this particular branch is horrible. I've been with ICCU for well over 5 years now and this branch in Hemming Village in Rexburg doesn't do anything for their customers. They are unprofessional and rude. The nicest and best ICCU I have found is the one on Sunnyside in Idaho Falls. I will never go to this branch again. They almost lost a loyal customer forever but the staff at the ICCU on Sunnyside brought me back.
Staff in Rexburg and Rigby Branch are incredibly helpful and beautiful people. They are kind hearted and see to it that you are helped properly. I love the fact that they remember everyone's name! How cool is that 😉
Service here is amazing! ICCU is the best. :)
