I will be polite, I started using CU in 2011 when I was in Oklahoma and have been Absolutely Pleased using them over the years as they're community owed and people friendly but I discovered recently that this isn't the case... I was recently scammed and instead of feeling safe through this, I'm being responsible for this? Not the perpetrators? Just read the reviews. Not just here but on bbb.org. Your money is not safe with them. They lie. They practice unethical behavior on the regular. Threatening tellers who act robotic. When I opened my account I had not heard any complaints but shortly after I began to hear the horrors of accounts being frozen and money taken for loans that were on payment plans and being paid. My wife and I went in to open up an account and Bridgette was extremely helpful and friendly. She efficiently helped us get our account open and provided us with the information we needed. She definitely deserves a raise!
