Went in to "DEPOSIT" only some checks. After waiting for 20 minutes, because no clerks at the counter, I had the (dis) pleasure of Hayley waiting on me. She had an attitude when I approached her. After a couple of security questions, and I told her I was in a hurry, she folded her arms and wanted to challenge me, with more security questions. Again, only depositing checks, NO cash back. The customer service is always outstanding. Had some troubles with my online account and Cora did an amazing helping me get them resolved over the phone! Love the staff and ive never walked away with my problems unsolved :)

Beau Broaddus at ICCU on Appleway is the best. We brought him a complicated mix of personal and business matters and he handled all of it with patience, expertise, and a great attitude. He went above and beyond, took the time to understand our situation, and was incredibly personable throughout. Highly recommend asking for Beau!
