Your shooting yourself in the foot with the new "New Member" promo ending June 30th. There is absolutely no definition of a " New Member" on your promotional flier. When I ask a banker, and Manager what a " New Member" is I get many different answers. So, Imagine how anyone who is new to your bank in the last 6 months is feeling, when they inquire at your bank teller about the " New Membership" promo and are told, " YOU don't qualify" without any further explanation.
