My wife and I have been with ICCU since 2014 and I recently went into this branch with my mother. This was my first time dealing with poor customer service at any location. The man in the middle cubicle (happily forgot his name) was ice cold. No smile. No kind words. I tried to compliment his awards, diplomas, and colorings and I was met with the cold shoulder and sighs of disappointment at each turn. He wasn’t happy and wanted to be sure we knew it.
