Absolutely incredible experience for the whole family! My entire family recently visited the ICCU branch in Hayden, Idaho, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Jason and his team are absolutely amazing! Setting up multiple accounts can sometimes be a tedious process, especially with kids in tow, but the team here made it incredibly easy. Bankruptcy discharged in 2024. Idaho credit union still calling to collect. Stop herrassung us.
ICCU has always been an incredible organization to work with for my finances. Any rare mistakes they make are handled extremely quickly. Today, I opened a credit card with AJ. He was super kind and very informative about the benefits, what to look out for, and tips for using it. If I was his boss, I’d give him a raise for such good work! I recommend this bank to anyone.
