Biggest theft ring in the United States! ICCS gets paid $10k of TAXPAYER MONEY for every resident NO MATTER HOW LONG THEY STAY. Staff is unprofessional. Wait time is ridicules when the weather is in the teens or lower. They did not shovel the side walks for people waiting outside nor was the HANDICAP ramp cleared of snow and ice.

Staff is utterly incompetent. Although I am not personally going through the program, I thoroughly understand why so many individuals are unsuccessful at finishing their treatment. There are apparently procedures and policies to abide by, however, the severe lack of communication between staff and residents is deplorable. It as if this establishment was created to encourage people to give up hope on themselves because of the blatant disregard of their mission statement.
