Biggest theft ring in the United States! ICCS gets paid $10k of TAXPAYER MONEY for every resident NO MATTER HOW LONG THEY STAY. Staff is unprofessional. Wait time is ridicules when the weather is in the teens or lower. They did not shovel the side walks for people waiting outside nor was the HANDICAP ramp cleared of snow and ice.

Staff is utterly incompetent. Although I am not personally going through the program, I thoroughly understand why so many individuals are unsuccessful at finishing their treatment. There are apparently procedures and policies to abide by, however, the severe lack of communication between staff and residents is deplorable. The staff is beyond unprofessional. The case managers are a joke, someone with Down syndrome could do a better job. There's rodents, mold and other things that make this place unsafe to live in. Their 3% success rate explains it all. Just burn it down with the staff in it.

If you work late and need somewhere that stays open till midnight other then that sometimes the wait sucks

There is no consistency between your employees and the afternoon staff are incorrigible. I was told that there are policies in place, which I understand. When I asked for a copy of the policies, I was told that there was no paper that had the policies. How do I know if I am breaking the rules if there is nowhere for me to refer to them?
