和中国工商行之间是不联网的，在国内开户的卡，就别来跑一趟了，不能办
Promised 30 days refinance and did not start after 4 months. Documents had to be renewed over and over, insurance had to be altered hundreds of time to their liking. 4 months later feds raised the rate so much there was no point refinancing let alone buying a property you want. Did not apologies or admit fault. Was charged over $2000 in fees. Do not go there you have been warned.

Was trying to get mortgage refinance due to their special program and promised 4 weeks quick closing, 5/9/22 paid all fees, opened account and made deposit , extensive delays and tons of excuses. Khine Mon aye promised 4 weeks but 4 months later end of August they finally re-request for all documents I submitted to them 4 month’s ago.
