Icare financial tells the providers that if the patient fails to make their payments they will guarantee the payment. This is a lie. Icare makes all sorts of stipulations after they sell you on their services. If icare tells you a patient does qualify for guarantee payments due to delinquent payment, icare will not answer the providers questions or give verification that they are indeed paying for the patients delinquent payments. Custer service is rude. I have lost lots of money because of icare. I'm a provider.
SCAMMERS! I had not ever heard of this company yet they made a fraudulent charge to my personal bank debit card. I called twice and was sent to an answering machine. I left 2 messages and never got a call back. This business is running by illegal means. Please seek out other reviews and you will find more fraudulent activities that they are conducting. I read where they are not paying for the financial services they promised their clients.
WORST COMPANY EVER!! Horrible customer service. I am pretty sure they are high school kids working out of a basement somewhere. Their hidden charges are all over the place, not just to our business but our clients as well. I Care is the biggest SCAM and HEADACHE I have ever had to deal with. If you like calling people and being on hold EVERY SINGLE DAY for hours, never being able to talk to anyone that can help you, and BEGGING to get paid the money you are owed, than this is the company for you. DO NOT USE I CARE!!!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! This company is awful to work with, our office started working with iCare earlier this year and they do not work with you at all when a patient goes into default. I sent them emails and faxes they say they never received. They do not inform you when a patient has made payments after a defaultment. They are horrible to work with!!
