I had a terrible experience with my taxes here, unfortunately. I decided to hire an accountant to do my taxes last year because I lived partially in the USA and partially in Canada. I went to iCANTAX because they advertised being able to do American taxes. Seran was difficult to communicate with and I had to overtly tell him relevant information about my circumstances instead of him asking me pertinent questions.
