Service was great professional and efficient.
Went to have my nintendo switch joycon fixed. It took only 2 hour, they replaced it and it worked perfectly. However, one of the "good" button (the a button) got stuck while they repaired it. They fix it up pretty quick but they kind of... brute force it. It left really REALLY deep scratch on the button. I mean, it's functional but really? They did offer to replace it ...but I have to wait for the button to arrive (which is weeks since they could only find china replacement from alipay) and pay for the buttons... The gentlemen at "iCanFixIt" repair shop Yarra st, Geelong took 20mins to look into my laptop for no charge and diagnosed battery issues. New battery was installed and power jack was adjusted. He charged me $200 for new battery with 6months battery warranty. Now my laptop works GOOD AS GOLD. The gentlemen at "iCanFixIt" repair shop was very polite, friendly and welcoming. He also gave me plenty of reassurance and said to bring the laptop back if any issues arise in future. I will highly recommend 10/10.
