Horrible people work here. Whether it's people that barely speak English in Minnesota or people that clearly hate their life, it's just gruesome to try to deal with these people. Michelle is horrible, I dont suggest working with her at all. At least try to make people think that you don't hate your job. It really makes a big difference.
This company truly impressed me with their skills. With negative experiences in the past, I get weary of debt collectors. However, this was truly a positive experience like none before. You can tell this company trains their employees to be truly the best in the biz.

This company has broken HIPAA laws and FTC laws. They call at the crack of dawn, BEFORE COFFEE, and wanna talk about some money THAT I DON'T OWE. The harassment is off the charts.
Working with ICSystems is always a very easy experience. Every representative I have had the pleasure speaking are always so helpful and kind. I spoke to a representative by the name of Kelly today, She was so very helpful and kind and resolved my questions and concerns in a timely matter. This is a great company to work with.
