What a SCAM--- got a letter with my comast acct # saying I owed 455.00 --- I called Comcast and they said I had no debt and my account was up to date. I called this company and they pressured me to pay the scam at that moment and when I would call them back as I said I was calling Comcast. I will go further with this outfit.
If I could leave ZERO starts I would. Did absolutely nothing to help recover debt, and then charged me over $400 for debt that a client paid directly to us instead of through them - and no the client did not pay because of IC Systems.
Had an 836 credit rating for years until they fraudulently turned in a disputed non-payment from Xfinity/Comcast. Now my credit score is in the 600s. They will be hearing from me!
If you see them on your credit report before you pay anything make sure they send you all the original documentation to verify if the debt is actually yours. I’m currently on the phone with Tracy for a debt that’s $240 she only verified my DOB and then proceeded to ask me how I’m going to pay.
