They called me on March 4th and I answered and that's when I realized they violated the TCPA because they used a predictive dialer and Predictive dialers are generally illegal for debt collectors to use on cell phones without prior express consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and they never had my consent. It's like deja vu all over again with another debt collector hoping some one any one will decide to pay instead of doing due diligence. My last experience was like running through a maze . These companies will not resolve the issue with you so don't try they will just buy time and your time will run out first ! I don’t know where to complain. If anyone who sees the review, please respond to the review. They do not make serious attempts to collect money I owed, and they reported to credit. I was not aware of utility bill of last month that neither utility company not this IC system made any serious attempts to reach me to resolve, but they reported to vm refit to ruin my credit. I came to know I owed after I saw my credit report!
Guess I had a bill from a utility from over 4 years ago. IC System obviously had my address one file and just now (Feb 2026) sent a bill. You’ve know my damn address this whole time. Could have sent it years ago. Terrible business practice and I hope that everyone has a bad day every single day you are open.
