I am a client of this bank, I keep my bank account and a loan for a car, they lost my Title for a car and now they are transferring it to a car dealership and other credit bureaus, I asked the manager Ana to help me as I speak English badly, but refused me and said that they didn’t maybe! that is, she sees that I need elementary help in communication, and even this was refused!
