I couldn't get change unless I had a account. NOT nice no reason for that its a bank its where we go for things like this. BAD POLICY.
The woman at the counter was not friendly at all. Told me I wasn’t in the system so needed ID. just needed change, even though I have been a customer for 30 years the transaction took over 10 minutes after getting to the counter.
