They say if you have a problem with a business, it's not the problem you remember but how it was resolved. Ibu gets 5 stars for solving a problem caused by a small hiccup on their website. When I explained the issue on their Contact page, I received an immediate response, two followup emails, and a phone call. Problem was quickly resolved and my order is on its way!
