IBS has been a reliable decade plus tax preparation service for me quick to respond communicating well.
I just tried to give this company my business. The individual who took my call was rude and would not let me finish talking before cutting me off and telling me he couldn’t help me unless he provides tax services. I was specifically looking for help with rolling funds into an IRA and wanted to make sure that they could do that. Had they let me finish talking instead of being rude, they might have had another customer.
