Communication is definitely not a strong point and don’t expect them to take responsibility for the issues this causes. Ultimately, they wipe their hands and you pay the price for their errors and lack of accountability. Hopefully they do better after my experience.

If you're looking for finance solutions outside the box, you seriously need to consider IBN Direct. We have been referring to IBN for many years and highly recommend them. They think outside the square, provide tailored and commercial solutions to clients that just don't fit into the banks tiny boxes. Professional, efficeint and easy to use, why wouldn't you consider them.
Who is this Mr Yu.. surely he was not dealing with IBN? Could he be working for one of the banks?? We needed urgent help with refinancing.
