Having a monster work for your company is a disgrace.
IBM still exists, but "Software Group" does not. It's just IBM. It's a pretty good place to work - good pay, good people generally. The usual corporate BS with execs trying to get ahead and making short term decisions for that, with long term implications that can damage a product. But, there are good checks and balances to prevent overt stupidity.
Fantastic environment. Great TK experience.
