Terrible customer service. 3 houes on hold. Then they even gave me the wrong replacement parts. Their customer service is done through some rediculious company like Convergys. You will spend hours on hold just trying to return your product that they gave you that was incorrect. Then they will hang up on you. Or give you more wrong parts. It's really bad.
