My experience with the surgeon and rehab staff has been wonderful..over 2 years of coming here I would recommend them to everyone who needs their help
People here are outstanding, detailed in your recovery and very open to your input, and your treatment, whAt works and what doesn't. They are to help and it shows in the care you receive.
I had a very disappointing experience at this therapy department. I attended physical therapy twice a week for my shoulder and unfortunately saw no improvement during that time. One of the biggest issues was the lack of consistency. I was regularly passed around to different therapists and rarely worked with the same person twice. When I did see a therapist, it was usually for less than 30 minutes before being handed off to an aide to complete the exercises.
